Detachment is the latest absorbing, multi-layered character study by Kaye (American History X), chronicling the intertwining lives of several high school teachers, administrators and students. Adrien Brody leads a star-studded cast that includes Christina Hendricks, Lucy Liu, James Caan, Marcia Gay Harden, Blythe Danner, Tim Blake Nelson, William Petersen and Bryan Cranston.
