IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be cautious of people online claiming to be Billy (or other members of the CSI cast for that matter). The Petersen’s themselves have confirmed to us that Billy does not use the computer, so if you do run into someone claiming to be Billy on a forum/website, etc.  this person is a fake!

If you think you have encountered someone online claiming to be Billy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Does Billy have an official site?

No he does not have any “official” sites at this time.

I have a problem accessing The Gallery, what’s wrong?
Occassionally we will come across issues with the database. We are usually aware if there is a problem and will be working as fast as we can to get it back up running. We will usually update our LJ if there is an issue making people aware of the problem. So please read the main news page or check the LJ before contacting us.
Can I get an autographed photo of Billy from you?
Unfortunately, we do not supply these.  We suggest you write to Billy personally, enclosing a photo you would like him to sign, and a stamped self  addressed envelope to quicken up the process.   This can take a few months and possibly a few attempts, but it is worth it.

We consider ourselves a responsible fan site and would never dream of giving out any personal contact information.   If you want to contact Billy, write to the address above.
Why do you not include all the photos you have in The Gallery?
Generous visitors of the site often send us photos, articles, and share stories of meeting Billy.   However even though they are happy to share them with us, they do request we do not share them with the entire internet for various reasons.   We are just abiding by their wishes and do not want to violate their trust.
Why do you not include “paparazzi” photos of Billy out and about anymore?
Even though you will find some candid photos of Billy out and about in public on the site, we have decided to change this slightly with any new photos.   If Billy is aware of the camera and responds to it (e.g. gives them the peace sign) we will put it in The Gallery.  If not, we will respect his privacy.
Why do you watermark your photos?
Many reasons.
It advertises our site.
Many of the rarer photos cost us money, its simple net etiquette for us to be credited for those. We often see the rarer photos that we have shared manipulated and/or our watermark cropped. The people that do this, spoil it for the rest of you. We work very hard and spend a lot of money acquiring things you will not find anywhere else. The more you crop or manipulate, the more tags we will put on them and the less we will share.
Someone told us [insert rumor here].  Can you confirm?
The WPAP is a fan site, not a gossip column!   We will not answer any questions regarding Billy, Gina or his castmate’s private lives.   Any and all emails we receive in this respect will be ignored.   His personal life is definitely not our business!   He’s been very open in many interviews in the past, if he wants his fans to know something, he will make it public.
Why have you stopped putting CSI Dailies clips on the site?
We do not want to compromise the site in any way. With the invention of sites like youtube and the official CBS/CSI Wiki sites where fans can upload their clips (and not forgetting other sites claiming them as their own) we do not want to bring unwanted attention to the site. What we have available will stay unless we are asked to take them down.
What CSI “ship” does The WPAP support?
The WPAP is neutral when it comes to this. We embrace them all that include Grissom. We will not side with one over the other.
Does Billy have an official site, myspace , livejournal or blog?
Despite many online sites/people claiming to be Billy himself (see note above) we are not aware of any “official” site at this time.
