CSI Series Finale – That’s a Wrap

The time has come, 17 days of filming for the CSI Series Finale has come to an end. Billy filmed his final scene early this morning.
The cast and crew have been amazing during the last few weeks sharing so many photos, many we have retweeted on Twitter or re-shared on our Facebook page so head on over to those.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation has inspired a new generation of forensic scientists all over the world and created iconic characters that we will all miss.
The shared love for the show, the “ships” and actors brought together amazing online communities where life long friendships were born, and for that I’ll always be eternally grateful. THANK YOU.

Thank you for all of the photos. It’s been an amazing 2 weeks. I’m glad he has another show on TV, though it shocked me when I heard he was signing up again. 🙂 Having him in my living room on a weekly basis will be a delight.

Thank you for the awesome photos and updates and for a series that kindled our interest in the forensics profession and had personally inspired me to follow a career path that was both exciting and rewarding for several years. No other forensics show could top CSI. Being a long-time fan of Billy, I look forward to the next chapter in his work. Thanks again for this wonderful fan site!

Ditto what everyone else has said. I’m very happy that Billy agreed to return for CSI’s finale – all of us fans appreciate it. It was great seeing so many pictures from the Set – now we just have to wait until Sept. 27th to see how things wrap up. CSI will always live on in reruns – it certainly ranks as one of the best television shows ever made and it was wonderful to see Anthony Zuiker’s tweet about Billy changing everyone’s life with his portrayal of Gil Grissom. So, now we look foward to the finale being aired and then the 2nd season of Manhattan. As a Chicago girl, I’m also hopeful that Billy will decide to do another Play here. I’ve seen them all, and would love to see him live on Stage at least one more time.
Now that CSI and Manhattan have wrapped, I hope that Billy, Gina and the twins will have some well deserved rest and relaxation time. Thanks for the memories.
