Just a quick update to thank everyone who responded to our post regarding the proposed new site layout with ideas of things you would like us to incorporate. We received lots of great feedback and certainly plan to implement many of the ideas you have shared with us. Thanks once again for taking the time to respond to us.
Really looking forward to seeing the new layout and all the goodies you will be including.
Keep up the great work.
@WP Fan
Thanks for the comments. We’ve made a lot of progress on the new site layout, so it shouldn’t be too much longer until we have it up and running.
Sorry to mention it here but I don’t have Twitter. IMO it’s safe to say those 250 visits are 1 or 2 people who most likely have no idea what the abbreviation IE6 stands for, nor do they know how to upgrade. Unless they are using a veeeery old computer. Like, an Amiga. lol
Believe it or not, our stats tell us its between 15-20 people, its great how you can break down all the stats like that, with the new layout anyone using IE6 will be told to upgrade via a popup.
We posted about it a while ago on the site in more detail, but will do so again before the new layout comes into force, with instructions on how to update.
@thewpap
15-20 people is absolutely insane!! This program is 10 years old! Hopefully, everybody gets it upgraded in time, though. 🙂
Does it cost money to update…because something is telling me that I’m using IE6, but I really don’t know what exactly I’m using, I just press the E with the gold swirl around it, but I honestly couldn’t tell you if its five six or seven.
@Kiara
Its free to upgrade, although I’m sure if your E has a gold swirl you are more up to date that you think, but I’m on a mac today so can’t check. Will check tomorrow and let you know how you can check which version you are on.
